Whether we installed it or not, we know how to take control of your low-voltage network infrastructure. We handle fixes, changes, and verification.
We protect performance, traceability, and warranty eligibility from turnover onward.
We deliver factory-certified installation where the spec requires it and register system warranties when applicable. That preserves manufacturer support and warranty remedies as deliverables.
Cable quantities, equipment lists, rack components, and pathway capacity calculated during design so procurement begins with accurate requirements.
What you receive is a Closeout Kit (as-built CAD, label register CSV, test reports and photos). Future MACs update the same records so the documentation remains the single source of truth.
Routine checks, diagnostic triage, and scheduled maintenance to prevent surprises. Ticket triage references your close-out kit and test records so issues are diagnosed against the actual installed plant.
We perform MACs as auditable operations: label updates, per-port testing, and as-built updates executed together. Every MAC includes the three-way update (label ⇄ as-built ⇄ test record) so changes never invalidate documentation/warranties.
We re-test copper and fiber after any structural change and re-certify channels when performance or capacity requirements change. Tester model, settings, calibration date and OTDR traces (fiber) make every result verifiable.
For critical environments, we provide SLA-backed rapid response tiers. Response tiers are selectable in your support plan and published in the Closeout Kit so expectations are clear at the point of failure.

Clinical operations cannot pause. We provide accelerated triage, optional dedicated on-site crews, and strict change control to avoid patient-care risk.

Campus networks evolve continuously. We schedule phased MACs and re-certifications to protect live academic services during building works and expansions.

Public projects require traceability and audit trails. We deliver documented handovers, compliance evidence, and transparent change logs suitable for procurement review.

Tenant turnovers drive frequent MACs. We bundle MACs, maintain label registers, and re-test ports so tenant changes don’t create silent faults.

Redundancy and scheduled work windows are non-negotiable. We provide strict test artifacts, maintenance windows coordination, and rapid escalation protocols.

Event venues need immediate readiness. We support accelerated pre-event checks and prioritized on-site response to avoid service interruptions.

Guests never notice the infrastructure – and should never feel it either. Proactive maintenance is what keeps it that way.

Operational continuity is measurable. We focus on fast diagnostics, durable labeling, and documented repairs that prevent production loss.
The planning that made installation straightforward, infrastructure reliable, and the final system easier to manage.
Jackson Memorial is one of the largest active healthcare environments in the state. ASE placed a dedicated project manager and crew on-site to manage ongoing infrastructure work across multiple phases – every upgrade sequenced around live clinical operations, every access window planned in advance.
This is not a maintenance contract. It is what happens when a contractor becomes a trusted extension of your facilities team.
What began as a single installation has sustained across fifteen years of campus expansions, building renovations, and infrastructure upgrades. ASE has supported the University of Miami through every phase – fiber optic work, data center support, new cabling schemes – with the same team and the same standard throughout.
Continuity is not just a service offering. For the University of Miami, it has been the deciding factor every time.
Whether you need support for live infrastructure, or want to understand post-installation coverage, you’re in the right place.
